Hello, My Name Is…
Hi, my name is Ryan Boyle and I am a motion graphic designer and animator currently located in Seattle. When I’m not creating my own unique and comedic animations and illustrations I moonlight as a crime fighting vigilante who punishes evil pixels doers! Throughout my career I’ve worn many hats in the creative world, currently I put most of my focus on my motion graphics, animating, and directing.
A Brief History….
I recently relocated to the “sunny” state of Washington to create motion graphics and designs for Microsoft. Most of my work can be seen on Microsoft’s massive widescreen video wall located in their retail stores. I love the creative challenges my job brings me each and every day.
At Thinkwell Design & Productions I was a part of the team that launched Super Slobber Dog the iPhone game, Nature Quest the interactive experience for the Fernbank Museum of Natural History, and several web projects and iPhone games and apps. I’m most proud of my work directing the trailer for Super Slobber Dog. I also edited and created motion graphics for the Fernbank trailer and commercial.
Prior to that, I worked for Disney/ABC on the Disney studio lot in Burbank. I was called in to do some visual effects for their new show, No Ordinary Family. The show is about a family with super powers, so I worked to turn the normal into super human feats of strength.
A while back I created some motion graphics for the Black Eyed Peas The E.N.D. 2010 World Tour. It was a blast seeing my artwork at such a large scale accompanied by such a great band. While in Los Angeles I designed and directed Kari Kimmell’s Trouble music video, we filmed it on a large green screen and I had to create tons of digital sets and props for the entire video.
You can view my CV/Resume for more information about my previous work. Thanks!
